TOWN PROJECT
(MT)
TARGETED RESIDENTS:
The PEOPLE who will reside in MT are approximately 30,000 55+ years old professional pensioners (not senior citizens or regular retirees) from various fields from Japan (80%), and other countries (20% including Thais) who have already retired or are close to retiring and plan to bring their professional knowledge to help with the development of Thailand by sharing their knowledge and know-how with locals and other Thai professionals. These activities will be planned and supported by GCD, enabling these professionals to create their own group activities or volunteer projects for impact and knowledge transfer and sharing.
GCD also provides opportunity for non-pensioners who have retired from their work and are financially independent. We provide this group of residents the chance to enjoy their interests while residing in the town: should they plan to turn their projects into a second career or start-up business, GCD will also provide them support to achieve their goals.
TARGETED BUSINESS ENTREPRENEUR
Various Japanese corporations or entrepreneurs who are interested in starting up their businesses in MT can serve as a role model for Thailand with regard to good business governance and sustainable development.
